All services include hot tea or filtered water and a snack while you relax before your session. Next you’ll enjoy a 30, 60, 75 or 90 minute therapeutic massage with hot towel service on a hydraulic, heated, zero gravity massage table. Clients will also enjoy stretching, cupping, analgesic application and aromatherapy as needed. No outcall/in-home services offered. Online booking will automatically take you to the first available practitioner and their first available day and time. Packages are available for savings.

Athletic Maintenance Massage $175

This 75 minute session serves athletes and active people who want to maintain mobility, flexibility, avoid injury, and promote muscle growth through stretching, trigger point therapy, range of motion, and/or therapeutic (deep) pressure. Designed for clients who prefer sessions with weekly or bi-weekly regularity. Can book individually or PURCHASE a 6 or 12 series for additional savings.

Arthritis Relief Therapy $175

This 75 minute session is a specialized massage technique tailored for individuals with arthritis, fibromyalgia, and mobility concerns. It focuses on gentle stretching, lubricating joints, and lengthening surrounding muscles to improve flexibility and reduce stiffness. It is different from standard deep tissue massages, prioritizing joint mobility over heavy muscle pressure.

Full Body Stretch Session $150

Finally, a FULL BODY STRETCH SESSION! Stretching is a minimum of 30 minutes up to a maximum of 60 minutes based on client preference. After stretching is complete, targeted massage can be applied to problem areas. This is not a full body massage session. Stretching is the focus.

30 Minute Quick Fix Massage $100-$150

Need a Quick Fix? This service is for you. Targeted work with a corrective approach. May include stretching, trigger point work or postural modification. Not eligible for full body treatments.

60, 75, 90 Minute Premium Therapeutic Massage $150-$250

Our Premium 60, 75, or 90 minute services include a therapeutic massage with hot towel service. Clients may also experience postural assessment, stretching, cupping, analgesic application and aromatherapy as needed.
